3.1 You register using your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate information. Impersonating another person or creating fake accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.3 You may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You agree NOT to:
4.1 Post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4.2 Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users.
4.3 Share content that infringes any intellectual property rights.
4.4 Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation without our express written consent.
4.5 Spam, phish, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
4.6 Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account.
4.7 Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
4.8 Post content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.
5.1 You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant 6degs.top a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content within the Platform.
5.2 We do not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content. You are solely responsible for what you post.
5.3 We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice.
6.1 Connection requests and messages are sent directly between users. We are not responsible for the content of private communications.
6.2 Users may opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time via their profile settings.
6.3 The one-message-before-reply rule is a platform feature designed to reduce spam. We do not guarantee its enforcement in all cases.
7.1 Credits are earned through platform activity and have no cash value. They may only be redeemed for platform rewards.
7.2 Vouchers are issued by the platform and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at our discretion.
7.3 Paid updates are processed at the rate published on the Platform at the time of purchase. All sales are final. No refunds are issued for paid updates that have already been distributed.
7.4 We reserve the right to change pricing, credit values, and reward availability at any time.
6degs.top uses third-party WhatsApp messaging infrastructure. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms Inc. Your use of WhatsApp features is also subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.
All platform design, code, branding, and non-user content is the property of 6degs.top. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
11.1 6degs.top is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11.3 Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6degs.top and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
